University Closure December 24, 2022 - January 2, 2023
Johns Hopkins University is closed from December 24, 2022 — January 2, 2023. As a result, CTL Help staff will be working in a very limited capacity during this time.
Given that the University has chosen to give all staff time off from Saturday, December 24, 2022, through Monday, January 2, 2023, CTL Help will not be staffed in the usual manner. There will be intermittent CTL Help support during this time, but only for critical issues (eg; CoursePlus being down). Response times to CTL Help requests may extend for multiple days.
Please also remember that CoursePlus will be completely offline on Friday, December 30, from 6am-3pm Eastern US time while we migrate to a new database infrastructure. We will be posting on the @courseplus Twitter account with status updates during the database migration. As soon as CoursePlus is available again, we’ll be posting there.
