Server Migration and Downtime Complete
The planned server outage for CTLT sites on Thursday, January 5, 2012, is complete. CoursePlus, TRAMS, OCW, and all other CTLT sites were back online by 8:30am this morning. The online course system, which is where a majority of the work and maintenance took place, came back online around 4:45pm. It takes some time for servers across the globe to see that the site is back online, but everyone should be able to access the online course site by the end of the day.
We are aware of one issue with the online courses: the Audio Notes tool is not currently recording audio properly. We're looking into the problem and expect to have the issue fixed by the middle of the coming week.
We thank you for your patience and certainly hope (as we know you do) that we won't need an extended outage like this again for a long time!
