CTL Help Holiday Schedule
In addition to the end-of-year break from classes across the University, Johns Hopkins also closes for multiple days for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
This year, the University is officially closed on December 24 and 25, and then again on December 31 and January 1. CTL Help will not be responding to help requests during this time, as the help team will be off for the University closure. CTL Help will return to its normal schedule again on Monday, December 28 and Monday, January 4.
