Teachng Toolkit Workshop - VoiceThread

October 09, 2012 | 2 Minute Read

Join us for a hands-on session to learn to use a new tool for presentations, conversations, collaboration, and more!

VoiceThread is a highly interactive and engaging tool online tool (nothing to install!) that’s available free to JHSPH faculty and students.  It can be used to for asynchronous discussion, narrating lectures, debate, and collaboration.  Current courses are using it to create presentations (individual or groups), have discussions about content (videos, images, slides), create brief lectures or updates, and much more.

Here is a page with some examples: https://sites.google.com/site/ctltteachingtoolkit/resources/voicethread/voicethread-use-cases

The Center for Teaching and Learning is holding two workshops on VoiceThread in the month of October.  Faculty and TAs are invited to attend either in-person or virtually via Adobe Connect.
