Answer:

For Chrome in Windows & Mac:

  1. Click the icon with three dashes in the top right corner of the window. A shortcut menu will appear.
  2. Move your mouse down to More Tools.
  3. Select Clear Browsing Data....
  4. Select at least last 7 days from the Time range drop down menu.
  5. Select the options that you would like to clear. Make sure that at least Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data are selected.
  6. Click the Clear data button.
  7. Quit out of Chrome and launch it again.

For Firefox in Windows & Mac:

  1. Click the icon with three dashes in the top right corner of the window. A shortcut menu will appear.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data."
  5. Click the Manage Data button.
  6. In the search box, enter "jhu".
  7. Select any results and click the Removed Selected button.
  8. Click Save Changes to apply the change.
  9. Quit out of Firefox and launch it again.

For Safari:

  1. Simply select Preferences... from the Safari menu.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab in the Preferences window.
  3. Click Manage Website Data.
  4. In the list that appears, search for "jhu"
  5. Click on the entry for "jhu.edu" and click the Remove button.
  6. Click Done to close the window.
  7. Quit out of Safari and launch it again.

For IE Edge:

  1. Follow the instructions posted here.
  2. Quit out of IE Edge and launch it again.

Your cache is now cleared and browser restarted.
